The Not-So-Boring Legal Stuff
Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit of [X]% is required to secure your booking.Full payment must be received at least [7] days
before the event.Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.
Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations made more than [30 days] before the event will receive a refund minus the deposit.Cancellations within 30 days of the event will not be refunded.We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Service Duration: Our standard service includes [X] hours of booth operation.Set-up and pack-down time is not included in the hire period.Extra hours must be pre-booked or approved during the event at an additional charge.
Space & Power Requirements: The client must provide:A flat, covered space of at least 3m x 3m.Access to a standard power outlet within 10 meters of the booth.Outdoor setups must be protected from rain, wind, and direct sunlight.
Damage & Liability: The client is responsible for any damage caused by guests to the booth or equipment during the event.We are not liable for:Delays caused by venue access restrictions or lack of power.Accidental loss or corruption of digital photos after delivery.
Guest Conduct: We reserve the right to stop booth operation if guests are behaving inappropriately or posing a risk to the equipment or staff.No food, drinks, or smoking near the booth equipment.
Use of Images: We may use photos taken during your event for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media).You can opt out by notifying us in writing before the event.
Printing & Digital Delivery: Prints are unlimited during the hire period unless otherwise agreed.Digital copies of all photos will be provided within [X days] via a secure download link.
COVID-19 or Force Majeure: In the event of restrictions due to public health orders or natural disasters, bookings can be rescheduled free of charge.Refunds are not guaranteed for force majeure events but may be considered case-by-case.
Agreement: By confirming your booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
